Safi leads the commercial-civil litigation department of the office. His knowledge of law in general, and his commercial-economic understanding as a bachelor’s degree in economics in particular (both degrees – with honors), together with his character, his passion for the profession and his constant desire to know each case in detail in order to achieve the best result for each and every one of the firm’s clients, set him apart and give him the opportunity to lead the client to the desired result with top-notch personal and professional accompaniment.

Safi leads complex litigation cases, including complicated business disputes, shareholder and partner disputes in Israeli and foreign corporations, class actions, proceedings before the tax authorities, real estate disputes and disputes that arise in global transactions. In addition, Safi benefits from unique experience in accompanying and representing assisted living facilities (ALFs) – starting From their establishment to their ongoing support and care, including in light of the frequent regulatory changes in this dynamic field.

Safi also enjoys extensive experience in managing complicated litigation cases involving disputes between spouses and representing families with high assets, including representation in inheritance disputes and complex divorce disputes that require commercial-economic expertise. As part of the strict personal legal support in these complex litigation cases, Safi emphasizes excellent creative jurisprudence, alongside humanity and confidentiality, and is recognized as one of the leading and well-known lawyers in this field.

Safi began his legal career as an intern in Danziger, Klagsbald Rosen & Co law firm under Dr. Avigdor (Dori) Klagsbald, and then worked for many years at the law firm Furth, Wilensky, Mizrachi, Knaani (FWMK) first as an employee and later as a partner. In 2017 he joined as a partner in Soroker Agmon Nordman.
